Breakdown of current experience

SongPop is a free-to-play mobile music trivia game with a massive music library.


The existing “Daily Bonus” feature in SongPop lacks meaningful engagement and fails to provide
a captivating experience for users on a daily basis. Which is causing significant issues for both
the business and the users.

For the users, the lack of an engaging daily experience leads to reduced satisfaction, a lack of incentives,
and a declining overall experience. On the business side, there are concerns regarding decreased user retention, lower user engagement, missed monetization opportunities.

To tackle the challenge at hand, we engaged in a collaborative exploration with our team. We delved into a series of questions, dissecting the issue layer by layer.


This not only deepened our understanding of the problem but also paved the way for crafting precise product requirements to guide our solution. It was a journey of problem-solving that brought clarity and purpose to our project.
